Spam sux!

The anti-spam law in Romania is Act no. 365 of June 7 2002. Chapter 2 article 6 says that sender must have recipient's prior consent for receiving such commercial messages, and the sender must identify itself with complete company name, address, telephone number and company identification number registered at the Chamber of Commerce. The law basically defines an opt-in system. E-mail addresses published on "public sites or databases" don't imply giving permission to be spammed without prior consent. The fines are between 10 and 500 million Romanian Lei, which is about $300 to $15,000, but Spammers dont seem to care and keep bullshitting you w. their wired offers.

I set up this site to list them, publish their activities and maybe help diminish Spam.
